Service Description

At The Mummy PT, we specialise in providing personalised sessions that assess your body’s recovery after pregnancy, focusing on your pelvic floor, diastasis recti, and posture and any other concerns. Our non-invasive evaluations help you understand how to rehabilitate and gain control of your core and pelvic floor muscles. Experience a tailored approach to fitness from the comfort of your home, creating tailored fitness plans designed to ease you back into exercise and rebuild your strength.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact me at sarah@themummypt.co.uk. At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of classes and 48 hours for Personal Training. If your cancellation is not within the cancellation period this will result in full payment being taken for the class with no refund available. Cancellations must be given in writing via text or email.
