Service Description

During your session we will assess how your body is recovering from pregnancy, including your pelvic floor, diastasis recti and posture and any other post pregnancy niggles. Knowing how to rehabilitate and use your muscles correctly, especially working with your diaphragm to correctly connect your pelvic floor and core, is super super important. I will help you learn how to correctly activate, awaken, reconnect and strengthen every muscle including your core, tummy muscles, pelvic floor, glutes... everything! So that when you decide to get back into a fitness class, or workout solo, you will be ready to do so in the safest and most effective possible way.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact me at sarah@themummypt.co.uk. At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of classes and 48 hours for Personal Training. If your cancellation is not within the cancellation period this will result in full payment being taken for the class with no refund available. Cancellations must be given in writing via text or email.
