Join our Mum and Baby Fitness Classes in St Albans and Harpenden for a fun and engaging way to get fit while bonding with your little one! Our classes are designed to accommodate new mums, a supportive environment where you can exercise safely with your baby your side. Enjoy a mix of cardio, strength training, and techniques tailored for postnatal recovery. Come and meet other local mums while active and healthy!

St Albans

Our St Albans mum and baby fitness class consists of postnatal-safe Boxercise exercises for toned arms and effective cardio. Strengthen glutes and hips with our Booty Bootcamp. The class also emphasises posture, core and pelvic floor throughout the session, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Alternative exercises are given to address postnatal issues, such as prolapse.
Progressions are made throughout the session so you can safely push yourself to get stronger each week.
We are indoors with designated baby and toddler areas, which means your little ones are entertained, allowing you to focus on your workout with peace of mind and I'm always up for a cuddle if little ones start to fuss.
Need to dip out to feed or change you baby, no problem at all! We have plenty of chairs in the hall
 and our venue has excellent facilities as well as a great being right in the city centre, so you can grab a coffee after a class with your new mummy friends.

Harpenden

Our Harpenden class is based outside of the Eric Morcambe Centre in Rothamsted Park. The workout consists of postnatal-safe strength and conditioning cardio exercises for a full body workout and effective cardio.

Strengthen glutes and hips with our Booty Bootcamp. The class also emphasises posture, core and pelvic floor throughout the session, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness.

Alternative exercises are given to address postnatal issues, such as prolapse.

Progressions are made throughout the session so you can safely push yourself to get stronger each week.

Little ones can stay in pushchairs, or play alongside and I'm always up a run around with the pushchair or a cuddle if little ones start to fuss.

Need to dip out to feed or change you baby, no problem at all. We have park benches next to us and we are right next to the Brad and Dills, which has excellent facilities as well as a great spot to grab a coffee after a class with your new mummy friends.

We are outside all year, so please ensure you and your little ones are weather ready and please bring a mat!
