Service Description

This hour will be tailored to your current trimester to give you the absolute 'know how' exercising during pregnancy safely and effectively. We will cover all of the the dos and don'ts. Including how to correctly engage your core, pelvic floor, TVA and EVERY muscle!


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact me at sarah@themummypt.co.uk. At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of classes and 48 hours for Personal Training. If your cancellation is not within the cancellation period this will result in full payment being taken for the class with no refund available. Cancellations must be given in writing via text or email.
