The Mummy PT, Group Fitness Classes

​

Indoor classes are a boxercise style class for upper body, core and cardio.

Outdoor classes are a postnatal safe HIIT style workout.

Both classes are followed by a booty bootcamp to strengthen and shape out bottoms. Finishing with deep core and pelvic floor training and a little ab finisher for those who are ready.

​

  • Booking is essential, but you can book right up until the start of the class.

  • Block booked classes automatically run for 6 consecutive weeks for the day and time chosen. However, if you have any dates you can't attend, just send me an email or text and we can move these dates for you.
