Fitness and teaching are my passion.
With a wide range of qualifications and over 10 years of teaching experience. I am committed to help you achieve your health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

I am based right in the heart of St. Albans, meaning I can easily reach surrounding areas, such as; Harpenden, Welwyn, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead and Watford.

I come to you at your home or local park with all the equipment we need. Just be ready in your comfy clothes and trainers.
1:1 Personal Training
Your main goal is key and that is what we will focus on! And in addition we will build on your overall fitness by including functional training and strength training to shed that excess body fat and get a full body tone up. We're not going to do boring gym drills with me shouting at you, we're going to have fun and so you look forward to your sessions.
We will also have a look at your eating habits and adjust where necessary to improve your health. And because eating well and doing exercise releases endorphins (the happy hormone) you are going to start feeling happier in yourself and in life and improve on your wellbeing.

If you want to we can also complete a complementary full body analysis including your weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage and metabolic rate so we can track your progress and adjust your tailored programme as necessary.

Training with your friends is a great way to push yourself and each other to achieve your fitness goals. Set the weekly routine. Get excited for your session. Lets have a laugh and work so hard youre seeing results in no time.
